Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will lead our social media strategy, enhance brand awareness, drive insightful customer engagement, and contribute to the sales funnel across all social platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and optimizing our social media presence while reporting to the Digital Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy aligned with our branding and strategic goals.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust social media strategies based on data insights to foster customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PR, marketing, and product to ensure a unified brand approach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, technology, and consumer behavior, applying that knowledge to our strategies.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and posts in a timely manner.
- Manage the company’s social media content calendar and ensure timely publication of posts.
- Create detailed reports on social media performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead social media campaigns that are in alignment with product launches and company initiatives.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships to broaden the reach and foster authentic community connections.
Qualifications
We are looking for ambitious individuals with proven expertise in social media. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye for detail and a creative mindset.
